The AMR* High Point awards are designed to encourage and reward participation at shows.
All shows, hosted or sponsored by AMR*as well as all other shows with open miniature and/or small classes (with the exception of AMR* Nationwide Shows) are eligible for High Point awards.
AMR Nationwide Shows will have their own individual High Point awards.
Age groups for entry are as follows:

Senior Horses/Ponies - Hunter -Show Jumping -Six Bar - Fault 'N' Out
Junior Horses/Ponies - Junior Hunter - (Cavaletti jump overs)
Senior Horses/Ponies - Trail - Lunge Line
Junior Horses/Ponies - Junior Trail - Junior Lunge Line (walk and trot only) -Trot over poles
Senior Horses/Ponies -Harness - Long Reining
Junior Horses/Ponies -Junior Long Reining
Please Note: The choice of classes under each Section/Heading.
Under the heading of Jumping there are the categories Show Jumping, Six Bar, Hunter and Fault 'N' Out.
A horse or pony can accumulate points in either one only, or a combination, of these jumping categories. Your horse/pony may not be a high jumper but may be very good at hunter, if this is the case, enough points for the jumping High Point awards can be accumulated from entries in just this one category. If your horse/pony is good at more than one jumping class you may wish to accumulate points in more than one category.
Under the heading Western Performance there are categories for Trail and Lunge Line. A horse/pony may accumulate points in either one, or both of these performance categories.
Under the heading of Driving there are the categories for Harness & Long Reining. A horse/pony may obtain their brass, silver & gold points from either one or both of these driving categories.

Reserve Champion = 2 points
Champion = 3 points
Supreme = 3 points
Points required to achieve the various High Point awards are as follows:
Bronze Halter, Colour, Novelty = 50 points
Bronze Jumping = 50 points
Bronze Western Performance = 50 points
Bronze Driving = 50 points
Silver Halter, Colour, Novelty = 100 points
Silver Jumping = 100 points
Silver Western Performance = 100 points
Silver Driving = 100 points
Gold Halter, Colour, Novelty = 150 points
Gold Jumping = 150 points
Gold Western Performance = 150 points
Gold Driving = 150 points
Bronze Hall of Fame in Halter, Colour, Novelty - Must achieve one Gold Award. 150 points
Silver Hall of Fame in Halter, Colour, Novelty - Must achieve two Gold Awards. 300 points
Golden Hall of Fame in Halter, Colour, Novelty - Must achieve three Gold Awards. 450 points
Bronze Performance horse/pony - Must achieve Bronze awards in all three sections; Jumping, Western Performance and Driving. 150 points
Silver Performance Hall horse/pony - Must achieve Silver awards in all three sections; Jumping, Western Performance and Driving. 300 points
Golden Performance Hall horse/pony - Must achieve Gold awards in all three sections; Jumping, Western Performance and Driving. 450 points
Bronze Versatility horse/pony - Must achieve Bronze awards in Halter and each of two other sections/headings e.g. Halter plus your choice of two of the other sections Jumping, Western Performance or Driving. 150 points
Silver Versatility horse/pony - Must achieve Silver awards in Halter plus each of two other chosen sections. 300 points
Gold Versatility horse/pony - Must achieve Gold in Halter plus each of two other chosen sections. 450 points
Bronze Hall of Fame Performance - Must achieve a Gold award in all three sections; Jumping, Western Performance and Driving. 450 points
Silver Hall of Fame Performance - Must achieve two Gold awards in all three sections; Jumping, Western Performance and Driving. 900 points
Golden Hall of Fame Performance - Must achieve three Gold awards in all three sections; Jumping, Western Performance and Driving. 1350 points
Bronze Hall of Fame Versatility - Must achieve a Gold Award in Halter and two other sections. 450 points
Silver Hall of Fame in Versatility - Must achieve two Gold Awards in Halter and two other sections. 900 points
Gold Hall of Fame in Versatility - Must achieve three Gold awards in Halter and two other sections. 1350 points
Supreme High Point Horse/Pony Award - Awarded to any horse/pony that accumulates 10 Gold awards in any one section or combination of sections. 1500 points
Platinum Hall of Fame - This is the highest, most prestigious award an AMR* miniature horse/pony can achieve. This is awarded to a horse/pony that has achieved the Golden Hall of Fame in both Halter and Performance 1800 points
